Our system database is kept separate and secure from the application server. All data is in a HIPAA compliant environment stored in a virtual box with local backup.

Patient Data is segmented through the database to ensure that users only see the data that they are assigned to see through the security permissions admin matrix. All personal identifiable data is transferred through HTTPS secure connection using TLS 1.2+ protocol.

The mobile app also uses TLS 1.2+ protocol to attach to an API which utilizes the same security tools as the web app to ensure that users only see data assigned to them.
